Our printing processes at a glance:

Flex printing process / Flex film

The flex printing process uses flex foils that are cut out / plotted out to the desired shape using a cutting plotter. The plotted film is weeded, i.e. all negative objects in the image are removed. The top layer of the flex film has a hot melt adhesive that is dry at room temperature and is activated only when heat is applied using a printing press. Flex films have a flexible plastic membrane that creates a solid, smooth image on the textile. Flex films are washable up to 40° and are iron-resistant.

Digital Printing Process T-shirt Film

In the digital printing process, your desired motif is printed on the basis of pixel data on special T-shirt film. Compared to flex printing, digital printing offers the extended possibility of being able to print all colors of the CMYK color space, as well as halftone screens and gradients. If desired, your motif can then be cut to any contour based on a vector cutting path available in the print file.

Plastisol transfer

Plastisol transfer film is produced by screen printing. The motif is applied to the carrier film in reverse. The surface feels stretchy, slightly grainy but robust after cooling. For transfer, the motif side is laid on and permanently transferred to the textiles using a hot transfer press. The plastisol ink is softened again by the heat and pressed into or onto the textile by the pressure. After cooling, the paper is peeled off and the ink adheres to the textile. Compared to flex film, where weeding can be very time-consuming and sometimes not feasible, especially for smaller details, screen printing allows the finest lines and details in the motif to be represented. The application is possible on light as well as dark and colored textiles such as cotton, blended fabrics, nylon and polyester. Plastisol films have a high opacity and wash resistance up to 40 ° C.

Dye-sublimation printing

Using a digital printing process and a transfer press, the colors are transferred to the fabric at a temperature of around 200 degrees Celsius. Photos can be displayed in razor-sharp detail. There is no restriction on the number of colors, even color gradients can be printed. Only high quality fabrics are used, there is no washing out or fading, no matter how often worn or washed. Double and sealed seams give the jersey shape stability for a perfect and comfortable fit.

Fabric badge embroidered / direct embroidery

In contrast to flex foil, plastisol or thermosub-limation printing, embroidery emblems are sometimes the most durable variant of textile finishing. We offer you the production of embroidery emblems, optionally with or without iron-on coating. Embroidery emblems with an iron-on coating are pressed onto the textile carrier material under the influence of heat. Alternatively, the embroidery emblem without iron-on layer is sewn to the textile.Almost all materials can be embroidered, such as cotton, polyester, jeans, fleece, silk, reflective materials, leather, imitation leather.
