Who is medienkraftwerk?
medienkraftwerk GmbH is one of the largest German producers of display and large-format prints for trade fairs, presentations and other promotional events. With 30 employees, we serve companies of all sizes and industries from our headquarters in Euskirchen. We distinguish ourselves through short response times and the highest quality of our products. 90 percent of all applications are produced in-house in our own production center - from data preparation to printing on flexible or rigid materials, right through to packaging.
medienkraftwerk is a manufacturer and wholesaler for high quality trade fair and presentation systems.
Do your products comply with the B1 class for trade fairs and public events?
Yes, our products are B1 certified, i.e. flame retardant according to DIN 4102 and therefore suitable for use at trade fairs and public events.
Are the prints included in the price of the RollUps / mobile trade fair walls / textile displays / counters?
Our prices are SET prices, which means that printing is already included in the price. Exceptions to this are explicitly mentioned in the product description.
What do I have to consider when placing an order?
With complete data, everything goes faster:
- Written order with complete company and delivery address, email address, telephone number and contact person for queries indicated.
- Complete product details, such as size, material, quantities, runs, etc.
Where can I see the bank details?
You will find the bank details on the order confirmation/pro forma invoice, which your responsible sales representative will send you after receipt of the order. There you will also find the agreed payment method ( prepayment or payment on target).

Is a data check performed before printing?
Unlike many of our competitors, we provide you with a FREE data check that includes the following:
- Resolution of picture elements
- Correct print format?
- Is a trim box/cutting path included?
- Bleed available?
- All important elements in the viewing area?
- Correct color mode
What do I have to consider when creating my print data?
For each system, we provide a print data sheet from which you can obtain all the important information on file preparation.
How can I send my data to medienkraftwerk ?
All data up to a total size of 12 MB can be sent directly via e-mail to the responsible sales representative or to the e-mail address daten@medienkrafwerk.de.
For larger data, please use our upload tool or external offers, such as WeTransfer.

What happens if there is an error during the data upload?
If the data transfer via upload did not work, we will request the data from you again. You also have the option to provide us with FTP access (guest access) and we will fetch the print data from your server.

When can I expect my delivery?
You will always find the expected delivery date on the order confirmation sent to you by your contact person at medienkraftwerk.
How can I find out the current status of my order?
To do this, simply contact your contact person, who will be happy to give you the current status of your order. You will find the contact details on your order confirmation.
What are the quality standards at medienkraftwerk?
The latest machines and good color management guarantee the best possible print quality on all surfaces and high color brilliance.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is at least 2 years, on many products even lifetime.

On selected products, we assume product liability for manufacturing and material defects for the entire lifetime (maximum 30 years) from the date of delivery of the product. (* 30 years)
