The promotional mat is characterized by high durability and stain resistance and can be used as a promotional mat, floor mat, table overlay, wall decoration or studio floor.
We call photo floor a printed vinyl tarp with a material thickness of about 2mm, which can be used among other things also on the floor as an advertising space. The print is brought in photo-realistic quality on the tarp and can be, depending on customer requirements a layout file such as a logo or even a photo.
The photo floor can be used indoors as well as outdoors, we recommend the use indoors, because there is a risk of slipping in case of heavy wetness! The photo floor can be removed without residue after use and reused.
With the photorealistic printing you get a special eye-catcher for trade fairs, events or presentations.
With its features: flame retardant, antistatic, lightfast and building code approved the photo floor can be used safely in any environment.
Installation instructions for the photo floor
To prepare:
- The vinyl floor is suitable for installation on hot water underfloor heating.
- For full-surface bonding, the surface of the substrate should be at least 15°C.
- Before laying the PVC floor should be unrolled and allowed to acclimatize in the room for 24 hours.
- For proper installation, the subfloor should be clean, dry, permanently solid, free of cracks and contamination.
You can consider the following types of laying:
- loose laying with fixing of the covering by double adhesive tape (suitable for smaller areas)
- full-surface bonding of the photo floor (recommended for large rooms)
- Gluing the edges with fabric tape (for smaller elements)
- Edges can be additionally fixed with profiles
When laying more than one sheet or cutting joints, lay the PVC sheets on top of each other and cut them together. Then fix the joint with double-sided tape.
Cleaning and care
Proper use and coordinated cleaning and care ensure long durability of the printed image. Loose dirt can be removed with a broom or vacuum cleaner. Firmly adhering dirt can be wiped off with water with the addition of a neutral cleaning agent and followed up with a dry cloth. Chemicals of all kinds, direct contact of colored rubber-containing materials or vehicle tires can lead to permanent discoloration.
Special surface sealants can protect the print layer of the advertising mat, thus extending its durability.
